I am originally from Keokuk, Iowa and graduated from Central Lee High School in 2019. Four years later, I graduated from Central College with my bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. I have been at the University of Northern Iowa the last two years working toward my master's in K-12 school counseling while also working as a paraeducator and an at-risk coordinator. I am so excited to be in Belle Plaine this year as the new school counselor! I enjoy watching and playing all kinds of sports, cheering for the Hawkeyes, reading, playing board games and pickleball, and spending time with my family and friends.
