Born and raised in Belle Plaine; I graduated in 2006. I initially attended Mt. Mercy University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. I have also earned Associate's degree's from Kirkwood Community College in business, project management, and human resources. After working in the insurance industry for 14 years I decided to make the transition to education. I started as a substitute at Belle Plaine Community School District which I have been doing for the last 3 years. I enrolled in a teacher licensure program through the University of Iowa called RAPIL where I earned my teaching license in early 2024. I am excited to have a new role here at BPCSD. Go Plainsmen! |
